I am a campfire guitarist, dog dad, loving husband, super proud father of two, wine lover, traveller, boater, and attorney. I also own a yacht brokerage with my wife (she does all the hard work!)
What Type of Law Do You Practice?
I primarily limit my law practice to helping people who are injured due to someone else's stupidty, i.e., personal injury law. My main office is in San Diego but I represent clients throughout California and Arizona.
What Is Your Legal Background?
l graduated from Arizona State University College of Law in 1991. I have been licensed in, and practicing law in, Arizona and California State Courts and in multiple Federal Courts for over 30 years.
As a former prosecutor in both Arizona and California, and a former judge in Arizona, as well as an experienced and highly successful trial lawyer, my trial successes have landed me a membership in the very exclusive Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum® and a recognition of excellence from Lawyers of Distinction®. My experience also includes being a trained accident investigator with the Houston Police Department, recipient of training in accident reconstruction and commercial trucking accident investigations a while a prosecutor, and experience in trying numerous vehicular homicide cases in Arizona and California.
